Waste Cash Recycling Mobile Application Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will come into effect when individuals (users) who will access the Zero Waste Mobile Application made specifically for municipalities by Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. install the Mobile Application on their devices. This Privacy Policy contains provisions regarding the collection, use, and processing of information related to users to benefit from the services within the scope of the Zero Waste Mobile Application. Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. may unilaterally amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them on the Mobile Application. The provisions of the amended Privacy Policy by Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. will come into effect on the date they are published in this Mobile Application.
Accessing Device Information
This permission is used to access device information for user control during the operation of the application. Device information is used to determine which user is logging in from which device and to keep the session continuously open without asking for a password during subsequent logins to the mobile application, and it is stored in the application's database.
User Permissions
These are permissions that need to be approved by the User for the application features to work compatibly with the device and are considered as granted without approval.
Camera Permission
This permission involves the use of the camera on the User's device as directed by the application. During usage, operations are carried out in line with user decisions directed by the application. Users use their cameras to upload photos to report problems they see around to the relevant municipality. Field drivers use the camera to upload photos after completing problematic processes and to scan QR codes of waste containers. Municipality managers can view the uploaded photos and direct field personnel accordingly.
Internet Permission
This permission is used to access services on the institution's central server during the operation of the application. The internet connection used during this access is the responsibility of the user.
Storage Permission
This permission allows the storage of icons used within the application and the application's database in the device's memory.
Background Location Permission
This permission is used to display the location of the user logged in as a driver on the web panel of municipality managers during working hours. It is also used for the driver's location to visit daily waste collection points on a specified route. The location of devices of users other than those defined as drivers is used to easily enter the addresses of waste collection points and to show the nearest container from the "Where should I throw my waste?" section.
Trademark and Copyright
The unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, storage, and all other illegal actions regarding all elements of the Zero Waste Mobile Application, including but not limited to design, text, images, and other codes, registered in the name of Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co., will lead to user liability under the Decree Law No. 556 on the Protection of Trademarks, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and other relevant legislation. By accepting this Privacy Policy, users agree, declare, and undertake to comply with the rules regarding the Zero Waste mobile application for municipalities. In case users violate the provisions of this article, Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. may demand the correction of this situation from the user, or if it wishes, it may temporarily or permanently cancel the user's membership without prior notice and take legal action.
Service and Privacy Conditions
Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. values personal information and data security and takes all necessary measures in this regard. Users also agree, declare, and undertake to comply with the provisions of this privacy agreement by using the Application.
This Privacy Agreement will be valid in all parts of the Application.
The protection of users' information and maintaining confidentiality is the top priority of Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. Therefore, the information provided by the Users will not be used beyond the rules and purposes specified in the contract and will not be shared with third parties.
To identify issues related to the system in the Application and to urgently resolve possible problems that may arise in the Application, Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. may record users' IP addresses, history information on the device, and personal data when necessary and may use these records for the mentioned purposes.
Information obtained within the scope of the application may be used by Waste Cash Recycling Ltd. Co. solely for various statistical evaluations without disclosing the user's identity in any way.
